At Gogarth Leash & Co, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you're not satisfied with a Gogarth Leash & Co. product you purchased from one of our Authorised Sellers, we'll gladly provide you with a product substitute or refund.

How To Claim The Guarantee

Complete our "Contact Us" form, and within the "Comments/Explanation" include:
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Claim
You will also need to include the product name, where & when the product was purchased, and upload a file of your receipt.

Gogarth Leash & Co. cannot process a Guarantee request without proof of purchase.

The Guarantee request must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date.

If the product must be mailed, you will be responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase.
